Hudson Valley Restaurant Week Gets Kicked Off

Restaurateurs and vendors swap foodie insight as they gear up for two weeks of discounted high-end dining.

Hudson Valley's Restaurant Week (which, interestingly enough, actually spans 14 days) had its celebratory kick off at Harvest on Hudson Tuesday night. Restaurateurs, vendors and vintners mingled over wine, cheese, beer and small bites to get a taste of what will be in store once 160 Hudson Valley eateries slash their menu prices, so that you can get a three-course $28 dinner. Eager to get our resto week on, Patch hit the scene (and the bar) and got the scoop on the dishes and local products that'll be popping up around town.
