Why go: The Manor Club is hosting a "Spa Night" featuring makeup, mini facials, massages, hair and nails. There will also be many vendors selling clothing, jewelry, aromatherapy, silk flower arrangements, Easter baskets, chocolate and more.

Where/When:, 895 Shore Rd., Bronx, Friday, April 6, starts at 5:30 p.m.
Why go: he Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum kicks off its First Friday! season with the opening of its new exhibit, Dibbles to Daisy Grubbers: The Art of the Garden Tool, and the contemporary folk sound of Nat Osborn and his band Hawthorne.
Pricing: $8 general admission; $5 for seniors and students; and free for members.

Why go: The Scarsdale Recreation Department’s annual “SPRING EGGSTRAVAGANZA” will be held on Saturday, April 7 at from 10:00-11:30 a.m. There will be a springtime magic show, an Egg Hunt, and a chance to win prizes.

Where/When: , 570 Main St, New Rochelle, Sunday, April 8, begins at 4:30 p.m.
Why go: The Poet’s Corner is present the third chapter in a four-part historical, dramatic, and literary presentation of the life and times of Alexander Pushkin, Russia’s honored poet.
Pushkin, the great-grandson of African General Abraham Hannibal, was selected by the New School of Learning to be honored due to a paucity of information in America about his powerful influence in Russian literature, as well as to bring forward his African heritage.
Pricing: Free; however, donations to The S.E.L.F.-Help Foundation, Inc. will be gratefully accepted.
