Happy Earth Day and Scrapbook Holiday Memories

Thank God It's Friday and that we have 5 Things to take us straight to the weekend

1. Happy Earth Day

From the we’re wearing, to the around Shore Park, to the we’ve had with local folk about Earth Day, we’ve been celebrating everything Mother Nature this week. How are you reveling? Perhaps, you might consider making a pledge to plant a garden or change out your light bulbs at EarthDay.org, which is aiming to get 1 billion green acts pledged on the site.

3. Where in Pelham Are We?

Well, what would the fun in that be if we told you? Check back at 12 p.m. when we post our first clue of the spot Patch has been staking out. Be the first the figure out where we are, and we’ll send some Patch swag your way.

4. Raindrops Keep Falling

Expect some frost before 8 a.m., and then partly sunny skies with a high near 51 degrees the rest of the day, according to the National Weather Service.  The rain will start falling mainly after 2 a.m.

5. Start Scrapbooking Spring Memories

The spring holidays are here, which means lots of sweet photo ops.  Don’t let those pictures just sit on Facebook, though. Take them to on Sunday, from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., where you can scrapbook your favorite memories.
