UPDATE(6:30 a.m.): Prospect Hill Elementary School to Open Monday

The bulk of Pelham's scattered outages are in the Village of Pelham Manor, according to Consolidated Edison.

Oct. 31 6:30 a.m: Angela Iadavaia, a spokeswoman for the Pelham school district, said that power has been restored to Prospect Hill Elementary School and it will open this morning.

Oct. 30, 11 p.m.: Angela Iadavaia, a spokeswoman for the Pelham school district, said there is a possibility that Prospect Hill Elementary School will be closed, depending on how much work Consolidated Edison is able to complete.

She said more information will be available by 6 a.m. Monday.

Consolidated Edison reports that there is still nearly 700 customers without power as of 11 p.m.

There are about 690  customers without power as of 7:21 p.m., according to Consolidated Edison’s latest update.

Pelham Manor was the area hit hardest by Saturday’s storm, which brought about 4 inches of snow to the area. There are a little more than 460 homes without power in Pelham Manor according to the utility. The latest estimates have power being restored to all customers by Wednesday night.

Pelham and Pelham Manor police said that there are no road closures at this time.

Angela Iadavaia, a spokeswoman for the Pelham school district, said Sunday that she isn’t aware of any changes being made to tomorrow’s schedule.
