The Pelham Jewish Community Center is having an open house this weekend.
Things begin at 6:30 p.m. Friday with community services and a Shabbat dinner. People can RSVP by calling (914) 738-6008, but walk ins are also welcome.
On Saturday, there will be Shabbat services at 9 :30 a.m. Later, at 8:30 p.m., the congregation will celebrate Selichot with a viewing and discussion of the film “Get Low.”
On Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., there will be a meet and greet brunch. At the brunch, people will have an opportunity to meet Rabbi David Schuck; Ana Turkienicz, the education director; and the rest of the congregation. There will also be music, arts and crafts for kids.
