Trash Dangerous Prescription Drugs

We gave you to start collecting your unused and expired prescription drugs for National Prescription Take Back Day. Now, just remember to take that stash—that could potentially fall into the wrong hands—to the Pelham Police Department on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. so that they can be properly disposed of.

Though we’re not sure how Kate Middleton whittled down her waist for her big day, her mom admitted to following the Dukan Diet. Check back tomorrow when we deconstruct the food plan, and you can decide if it’s something that might work for you.

Hear the Bands Battle

Snow days may have pushed it off, but the Battle of the Bands is back on. Listen to the high school students rock out tonight from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. in the PMHS auditorium.  Tickets are $5 per person.
