The stairway on Wolfs Lane leading to the Metro North Railroad platform in Pelham will likely be reopened Wednesday, June 12.
Railroad spokeswoman Marjorie Anders said the stairway is being renovated as part of the New Haven Line Improvement Project.
She said the renovation includes refurbishing the concrete steps, installation of new aluminum tread covers and new staircase guardrail with handrails.
The staircase has been closed for about a week and a half.
