Volunteer Center Matching Saturday MLK Service Opportunities

Use the Volunteer Center to find service opportunities this Saturday

"Everybody can be great... because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love" - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

In recent years, the national holiday commemorating the life of civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr. has been taken up as a day of service. This year is no different.

The Volunteer Center, which serves Westchester county and surrounding areas, is helping match people with service opportunities for a Day of Service tomorrow requiring more than 300 volunteers at various locations.

Just go to the Volunteer Center website and register.  You can also register yourself or your family by calling (914) 948-4452 or emailing volunteer@volunteer-center.org.
