On Sunday, Oct. 16, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., chef, writer, and James Beard Award-winning cookbook author Judith Choate will present A Brief History of American Food,
a talk about the evolution of American food, the different cultures that have made an impact on contemporary American dining, and other related topics.
