International Jazz Day Comes to Our Area
The celebration will take place from 7 – 10 p.m. on April 30.
There will be a big jazz celebration in Tuckahoe on Tuesday. Here is what one of the performers, MJ Territo, has to say about the event:
I’m thrilled that the MJ Territo Quartet will be part of the worldwide celebrations of International Jazz Day. On Tuesday April 30, jazz musicians, educators, and broadcasters will be feting the diverse and wonderful world of jazz. Our celebration will take place from 7 – 10 pm at An American Bistro in Tuckahoe. I’m also glad that we’re playing at the bistro, where Robert and Denise Horton provide a delicious take on traditional American cuisine, plus a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere.
