Fairway Market stores throughout the Tri-State area are holding their annual “Hosting the Holiday event. Shoppers can indulge in Fairway’s signature Thanksgiving fare and receive 10 percent off catering orders placed that day. Dishes available from the Thanksgiving menu will include mouthwatering main course options such as Fairway’s famous oven-ready organic turkey and honey spiced glazed spiral ham; savory homemade stuffing in varieties from corn bread and pecan to fresh herb mushroom; and decadent side dishes featuring roasted root vegetables, parsnip and turnip puree and wild rice with dried cranberries and pecans.
