Thanksgiving Dinner at Radisson Hotel

Begin with seasonal soups and salad including butternut squash soup with fresh cranberry and crushed amaretti or cauliflower soup with truffle croutons and chives and mesculin greens with cranberry, walnuts and goat cheese.

Next, choose from a wide array of delectable entrees and sides including a traditional carved organic roast turkey with giblet gravy or baked pineapple ham with sausage and wild mushroom stuffing, traditional baked ziti, mashed brown sugar sweet potatoes, roasted garlic Idaho potatoes, fluffy white rice, haricots verts almandine, creamed sautéed onions, roast spiced acorn squash and homemade cranberry sauce. Bread choices include southern style cornbread and assorted rolls and breads.
