Day after day of hot weather could be taking its toll on sidewalk cafe businesses.
There was no one sitting outside Monday around noon at B&B's Fifth Avenue Pub in Pelham.
Suzanne Nardella, one of the servers, said it's certainly not as busy as in the cooler, low-humidity days.
"But people do sit out there," she said. "On the fourth we had six tables full."
Nardella said people use the sidewalk tables more during the evenings when the sun goes down.
B&B's Fifth Avenue Pub is located at 531 Fifth Ave. in Pelham.
