Oscar Fave "Life of Pi" Opens at Pelham Picture House

See the Academy favored film at Pelham Picture House this week.

Fresh off nabbing four Oscars at the 85th annual Academy Awards, the movie "Life of Pi" opens today for a one week run at Pelham Picture House.

This weekend's show times include two Friday screenings (7:15 and 9 :30 p.m.) and four Saturday screenings (1:30, 3:45, 6, and 8:30 p.m.)

The film received awards for best directing (Ang Lee), best cinematography (Claudio Miranda), best visual effects (Bill Westenhofer, Guillaume Rocheron, Erik-Jan De Boer and Donald R. Elliott) and best original music score (Mychael Danna).
