Shower, Play, Recharge in Pelham

Local business owners open their doors.

Daronco Town House has been open all week for those who need a place to recharge their computers and phones and just get some respite from a dark apartment or house. They will keep the welcome mat out until 8 p.m. tonight.

But they aren't the only port in the storm. Since Hurricane Sandy blew over. Plenty of local business owners have also opened their doors to help the community.

Need a hot shower? Nicholas Day Spa and Salon says their Pelham neighbors can spruce up at their place on Wolf's Lane.

Wanna check your email? Stop by The Bakery at Four Corners for free wi-fi.

Hungry? Bistro Rollin is dishing up lunch and dinner- but make a reservation, please. So is Pelham Cafe and Provisions Bakery. Even Pelham Town Library is serving up coffee and munchkins today.

Kids bouncing off the walls? Take them over to Prasanthi Yoga Studio Friday afternoon for a fun yoga class.

What Pelham businesses are keeping you connected and sane after Hurricane Sandy?

Give them a shout out in the comments section and let them know how great you think they are!
