HARTSDALE — Circus Arts Camp teaches unicycling, trapeze, wire walking and so much more.

In this summer camp, held on the Schecter School campus, they show you how to wire walk and also how to get on and ride a unicycle and how to do acrobatics.

Campers learn from pros who were actually in the circus.

“Watching kids learn new tricks” was fun, said Velin Mitov, a counselor and coach at the camp.

Chris Hunt, a camper, said “having fun with my friends” was what he liked best about circus camp.

“Spotting people” to catch them if they fell was the favorite job of CIT Emma Schmitt.

The Circus Arts Camp shows campers how to do circus stuff and have fun learning it. At the end, everyone performs for all the parents and friends in the big top show.
