Hello, my name is Dane Crowley. I am a young child, currently age 10, and for all you adults out there, I know it’s hard to take me seriously when I’m a 10-year-old boy talking about business. But here’s what I have to say: I used to always be so excited when new movies came out because I love seeing movies and to have a little movie theater right in town was awesome! I used to go to the Pelham Picture House one day per week on the day that the tickets were half price.

Sooner or later, we all knew they would do something to the Pelham Picture House, and eventually something did happen. The idea was to make the Pelham Picture House bigger. My family, friends and I were so psyched. This was a huge opportunity for the town of Pelham to have a great Pelham Picture House.

Then a moment before and after the construction occurred, the people who work for the Picture House decided to make it an art place with artsy movies and pictures only adults would like. P.S., I have nothing against art; I consider myself an artist. Many children in Pelham, adults and high school students are unhappy with the new Picture House and don’t agree with its path.

I don’t know much about stocks or ways to get good business for a movie theater, but if I were the one who made the decisions for the Pelham Picture House, I would have let the Picture House be how it was in the first place, a great place for everyone!
