SOUND SHORE MEDICAL CENTER — The fifth and fourth graders sung holiday carols to patients at this hospital on Nov. 27 from 4 pm to 6 pm.

Going to three different levels in the hospital, the students sang songs like “Jingle Bells,” “Little Drummer Boy” and “O Christmas Tree.”

All the kids had fun and received candy canes, hot chocolate and lots of cookies. Everyone liked doing it, but parents thought it was hard to get to.

Tommy Roche (4G) said that it helped everyone get into the Christmas spirit.
