YONKERS — There's a new Legoland Discovery Center in Yonkers, and it's a big hit. Lego fans now have an experience they can go to without traveling to Legoland in Florida.

YONKERS — There's a new Legoland Discovery Center in Yonkers, and it's a big hit. Lego fans now have an experience they can go to without traveling to Legoland in Florida.
At Legoland, there's a big play place with ladders, slides, nets, forts and lots of big Lego bricks. There's also a ride where you have a laser gun to shoot enemies. There's a gift shop and a castle hall.

"Legoland is awesome!" said Nick Cross (5S). "They have big Lego bricks, which you can build with."
A Lego city has a subway that moves and a boat in water that moves. In the city, you can play a pinball baseball game (which is hard). This is a real Yonkers tourist attraction. It's a way to go to Legoland without traveling so far.

Marco Gracie (5S) said, "It's pretty cool, but not as cool as the first one. It's like a discovery center."
Robert Bischof (5H) said, "It was pretty good overall, but some flaws. The service was bad, and the setup was bad. Four out of five for me."
