1.    Pelham Town Board Meeting

The Pelham Town Board will hold its regular meeting Monday night.  The meeting takes place at 7 p.m. on 34 Fifth Avenue, 2nd  floor.

2.    New Pelham Patch Editor

The new editor for Pelham Patch starts today! Rasheed Oluwa, a former reporter for the Poughkeepsie Journal and a longtime Patch contributor, will be managing the site. Rasheed is a great reporter who is excited to be covering Pelham. We know all our readers will welcome him with open arms. 3.    Dispatches: The Changing American Dream

Patch is launching “Dispatches: The Changing American Dream,” a new initiative that will cover how The Great Recession is affecting our country and residents’ perceptions of the American Dream. Whether a decades-old business in Pelham is considering closing or local parents have had to take out a second mortgage just to afford their home and send their children to college, we want to capture all these stories and more.
