Here's some events to help the kids get in the holiday swing of things:

• Wii Fun for Kids, Thursday, Nov. 29, 4:30 p.m. White Plains Library, 100 Martine Ave., White Plains, NY. Join in the Wii Fun games for kids! The competition takes place on the big screen in The Trove's Galaxy Hall. For boys and girls in grades 1 to 5. For more information call 914-422-1476.
• Holy Name of Jesus School Holiday Boutique, Saturday, Dec. 1 from 3-9 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 2, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Holy Name of Jesus School, 70 Petersville Rd., New Rochelle, NY. Gifts including seasonal items, food and jewelry. Horse and carriage ride on Saturday night.
• Annual Holiday Family Day, Friday, Nov. 30, 10:30 a.m. Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum, 895 Shore Rd., Bronx, NY. Cost $20, Registration required. Holiday spirit abounds during this fun-filled day. Children will delight in a shadow puppet show, "A Year with the Bartow Family", by French artist Caroline Borderies. They can try their hand at making their own shadow puppets with Caroline at 11:15, as well as enjoy other holiday crafts. • Menorah Making, Sunday, Dec. 2, 10 a.m. Pelham Art Center, 155 Fifth Ave., Pelham, NY. Menorah Making--a workshop for kids 3 to 8. December 2nd 10am-12pm at the Pelham Art Center. Free, but space is limited, please RSVP to shayna.klopott@gmail.com.
