Last Chance: Developers to Discuss Plans for 110-Unit Apartment Building

Representatives from Spinnacher Real Estate Partners, a firm based of Connecticut, are scheduled to appear at tonight's Pelham village board meeting to discuss their tentative plans to build a mixed-use, 110-unit apartment.

The building would be constructed between Fourth and Fifth avenues and Third Street and Lincoln Avenue on property currently owned by the village. The village wouldreceive roughly $4.1 million from the developer. The breakdown would be $1.5 million in cash; $100,000 to help renovate the firehouse; and 100 parking spaces valued at about $25,000 each.

Tonight meeting is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. inside , located on 
195 Sparks Ave., Pelham, NY.
