Last Chance Pelham: Garbage Pickup Schedule Changes, Bartow-Pell Exhibit Ends Sunday

Things you need to know about in Pelham.

There's a holiday on Wednesday. Perhaps you've heard it's Independence Day.

Not only will most banks and the post office be closed, but Pelhams town and village municipal offices will be shuttered for the day, along with most of its services.

One thing that will be affected is garbage collection.

Pelham village residents are advised that organic waste pickup will take place today since there will be no garbage pickup on Wednesday. Village merchants are also advised that Wednesday's usual garbage pickup will take place today.
