"Pelham Cheer" Does Harlem Shake at PMHS
Have the varsity cheerleaders joined the viral fad?
For several weeks the country has been in the throes of a new viral pasttime: making short surreal videos using a song called "Harlem Shake" by producer Baauer.
Now it seems the varsity cheerleaders of Pelham Memorial High School may have joined the fray with their own light-hearted take on the popular internet meme. Their video currently has more than 1,100 views on YouTube.
Pelham Patch contacted the school district but could not get official confirmation that the YouTube group calling itself "Pelham Cheer" are indeed the varsity cheerleaders of Pelham Memorial High School. The girls in the video certainly look like Pelicans!
