Pelham Patch is Looking for Bloggers

Patch.com has a platform for local bloggers. Could you be the next one?

Got a lot of ideas, but need a venue to get them out to the public?

Fortunately, the Pelham Patch can provide the opportunity to make that happen. We’re looking for local bloggers to discuss a wide variety of topics. Topics can range from anime and the Android operating system to zoology and Zoroastrianism. The only real limitations are your imagination.

Patch’s mission is not only to reports news, but to become a community hub people can rely on to exchange ideas and promote a cordial dialogue on the local level.

We want people who are passionate about the topics they are writing about.

This isn't a reporting job. It's blogging. You write what you want to say, when you want to say it. Do it on your schedule—whether that's posting multiple entries per day or a couple times a month.

Patch won't own what you post, so you can repost your entries to other blogs. What Patch can offer is an chance for your posts to be seen by a larger audience.

My role as editor would be to review blog entries submitted to Pelham Patch to ensure quality. You can go here for examples of posts that have already been submitted.

If you'd like to chat about the opportunity to share your unique voice with our readers, let me know by emailing Rasheed.Oluwa@Patch.com or by calling me at 914-217-6135.
