Pelham Man Arrested for Punching Car

A Pelham man was arrested after police say he punched a car while crossing the street in White Plains, according to lohud. Investigators say that 51-year-old Michael Disciullo did $300 damage to the car while crossing Martine Avenue against the light. Disciullo is charged with third-degree criminal mischief. The charge is considered a misdemeanor.

The incident happened on May 10 at 1 p.m. The police who responded to the incident said that when they arrived they saw Disciullo and a Shrub Oak man arguing at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Martine Avenue. Disciullo says that the unidentified 37-year-old Shrub Oak man almost hit him with his 2011 BMW. Meanwhile, investigators say they believe that Disciullo was crossing the street while the signal read "Do Not Walk," damaging the BMW's rear quarter panel.
