A fascinating, illustrated talk on the history of silhouettes by a noted expert-author and antiquarian William C. Ketchum. Mr.Ketchum will discuss the social role of silhouettes as the first likenesses truly affordable to all classes and their gradual decline in popularity. Registration requested. Free
