Spooky Storytime & Halloween Costume Parade!



On Thursday, October 31, 2013 Storyteller April Armstrong will join
us at the Mount Vernon Public Library Children's Room at 3:30 p.m. She'll be doing a Halloween-Themed program for children ages 5 to 12.


PLUS, there will be a HALLOWEEN COSTUME PARADE for all children (and
families!) that will start at the Children's Room and go throughout the
Library.
