Sponsor a Hanging Flower Basket!

FUND A HANGING FLOWER BASKET ALONG FIFTH AVENUE!

But this year the Village of Pelham, through its efforts of reducing expenditures in this year's budget, is unable to fund this annual project and will not hang any baskets on Fifth Avenue.
