FUND A HANGING FLOWER BASKET ALONG FIFTH AVENUE!
WHY: From spring through fall, Pelham has been known for its hanging flower baskets that show the pride that the residents take in our Village. But this year the Village of Pelham, through its efforts of reducing expenditures in this year's budget, is unable to fund this annual project and will not hang any baskets on Fifth Avenue.
