The Pelham Picture House, 175 Wolfs Ln., Pelham, Thursday, June 21 at 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Why go:
This documentary that follows six young dancers as they prepare for the Youth America Grand Prix, the world’s largest student ballet scholarship competition.
Pricing:
General, $12 at the door, $9 in advance; senior/students/child, $10; members, $6.

Where/When:
Aspirations Cafe, 4 Franklin Avenue, New Rochelle, Thursday, June 21, 8 p.m.
Why go: Open mic for all forms of artistry.All ages welcome. First hour reserved for students.Spectators welcome. Enjoy an evening of live entertainment and good food.
Pricing:
$5 cover charge.

Where/When:
Library Green, between the and Huguenot Street, New Rochelle, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Why go:
Vendors from , , , and a wide array of fresh fruits, vegetable and baked goods. There will also be cooking demonstrations and music performances throughout the season. New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson at 10:30 a.m.
Pricing: Free.

Blessed Sacrament Elementary School Auditorium , 24 Maple Ave., New Rochelle, Saturday, June 23, 2012, 6 p.m.
Why go: Whether you are a previous camper or not, join us as we come together to celebrate and support the school’s Choir Camp, which enters its 33rd year in August. Win prizes during the bingo game, reunite with friends and make new friends. Learn more about Songcatchers and make a difference in the lives of children.
Pricing: Admission is $30 for adults and $20 for children ages 13 and under. Price includes dinner and a Bingo card.
