Golden Tickets honor students who are true Bears every day

HUTCHINSON SCHOOL — The first trimester Golden Tickets were awarded to exceptional students, and the next tickets are well on their way.

HUTCHINSON SCHOOL — The first trimester Golden Tickets were awarded to exceptional students, and the next tickets are well on their way.

Some parents and guardians have heard of the launch of Golden Bear Tickets. They do not look like a regular Bear ticket, but are more like a large sheet of paper that has your name on it, the principal’s signature and your teacher’s signature.

The first trimester Golden Tickets were distributed during Parent/Teacher Conferences. Kids who didn’t get a ticket in the first trimester can try again in trimester two with a fresh start.

To receive a Golden Ticket, you must be a true Hutch Bear every day. The BEAR rules are:

  • Be Safe, care for each other’s safety
  • Eager to Learn, arrive on time for school
  • Act Responsibly, to follow the BEAR rules
  • Respect Others, respect all students and adults
