Ice cream sale at recess helps support Ballroom Dance Team
HUTCHINSON BLACKTOP — The fifth grade Ballroom Dance Team sold ice cream March 22 during recess to raise money for supplies.

HUTCHINSON BLACKTOP — The fifth grade Ballroom Dance Team sold ice cream March 22 during recess to raise money for supplies.
From a range of ice pops to Eskimo Pies, kids in grades K-5 loved getting the frozen treats. The fifth graders did the selling and lots of people bought ice cream. Teachers were also taking orders.

Kindergartners and other classes lined up to buy.
“We’re hoping for a lot of money to support the Hutchinson Dance Team,” said Sophia Ferranza. “I think with all our effort, we will win.”

From bake sales to talent shows, the fifth graders do everything they can to raise money. This was just one fundraiser of many that will please you this year. So next time there is a fundraiser, make sure you support it.
