Here is a review I wrote about the book:

Animal Magic is an animal hospital that will deal with anything. Eva (daughter of the owner) fell in love with the border collie pup named Holly. Terror strikes for Eva when Todd Waterson adopts Holly and takes her home along with big ol’ Lulu, the Great Dane.

When Lulu gets kennel cough, Holly is in critical trouble. Kennel cough can kill a dog, so Eva gets crazy depressed. In this risky tale, Eva does all she can to save her favorite puppy. She goes places she’s never heard of  (and not imaginary places), and this book includes emotional moments for Eva. Will Eva and her family cure the puppies? Read “Holly: The Doorstep Puppy” to find out.
