Pelham Manor Business Hit By Cold-Hearted Thief
Thief makes cold snatch at a Pelham Manor medical office.
A thief left a Pelham Manor medical office out in the cold last week. Two commercial air conditioner condenser units valued at $7,000 each were stolen from a local medical practitioner leaving $1,500 in damage to his office.
According to Pelham Manor police reports, a medical office near Canal Road and Secor Lane reported they had been robbed on two separate occasions, once on January 17 and another on January 26.

Video footage reportedly shows a man entered the building in the wee hours of those mornings and removed the air conditioning units from their moorings.
Police continue to investigate the incident.
