These are some of the cases recently investigated by the Town of Pelham police department.

Found Property

On Monday, a man turned in a woman's purse, including a wallet with identification and credit cards, prescription medication, and personal papers. So far, police have been unsuccessful in contacting the owner, a Mount Vernon resident. 

Storm Damage

Pelham police received multiple calls about damage following Tuesday's severe weather.

Branches were reported down on Monterey Ave, Fourth Ave, Chestnut Ave, and Birch Ave. Police also secured down wires on Third and Corlies Avenues.

Police also responded to a residence on Highbrook Ave which reported basement flooding around 9 pm. Tuesday night and another home soon after on Seventh Ave reporting a strong gas or oil odor in their basement.
