Village of Pelham Police Blotter: Boisterous BBQs And Noisy Ceiling Fans

5/29/11
1:28 a.m. A Monterey Avenue resident called Village of Pelham Police to report a suspicious noise coming from a Highbrook Avenue residence. The peculiar noise turned out to be a noisy ceiling fan.

8:58 p.m. A Loring Avenue resident called police to report her garage door was open and there was a possibly someone inside. Police said it turned out that a memmber of the family was in the garage.

5:49 p.m. A Monterey Avenue resident called 911 to report that her barbecue was on fire. The Pelham Fire Department responded to assist, along with police.
5/21/11
A Fourth Avenue apartment resident called police to report that an unknown person was attempting to gain entry into the apartment with a key. Police said it turned out that an intoxicated resident from the floor above had accidentally gone to the wrong apartment.
