Patch FB Fans Approve of Animal Abuse Registry

Patch Facebook fans in Westchester County  support state lawmakers' attempt to create an Animal Abuse Registry listing the name and address of anyone convicted under Buster's Law.

"YES!" said Anna Barnes on the Peekskill-Cortlandt Patch Facebook page. She's someone who puts her heart where her mouth is—she says she has adopted three abused cats. 

Writing on the Yorktown-Somers Patch FB page, Billy Lilijeroos suggested offenders should also have their mugshots published by the local press.
