The Pelham Manor Board of Trustees voted unanimously Monday night to accept the bid of RSG Home Improvement for maintenance work of the village's public garage.
Village Manager John Pierpont recommended the Village accept the Mamaroneck contractor's low bid of $5,180 for the public works project. The contract is will be the first for RSG in the village. Pierpont said the company has extensive experience and references.
J Osorio of New Rochelle bid $6,300 for the project and a third contractor withdrew thier proposal.
