Pelham BOE Formally Appoints Giarrizzo

Peter Giarrizzo was formally appointed to the position of Superintendent of the Pelham School District Monday night. His contract will begin July 1, 2013 and has an annual salary of $230,000.
Following a welcome reception in the Pelham Memorial High School library, the school board unanimously approved Giarrizzo's hire during its regular meeting. Giarrizzo was hired as an assistant superintendent in April 2011.
