Pelham Schools will open at 10:30 a.m. Thursday morning. School district officals made the call Wednesday night .

The delay is just another blow in a combination of weather-related punches. Last week, Pelham schools were closed an entire week after Hurricane Sandy hit the community hard.
Extensive damage from the massive superstorm caused extended power outages as well as downed limbs and utility equipment that are still being cleaned up.
