High School Lacrosse Playoffs
Section 1 recently announced the playoff parings for the Class A, B and C girls lacrosse playoffs starting today. MSG Varsity has the current schedule.
Perennial powerhouse Lakeland/Panas enters the Class A tournament undefeated and in the top sport for the tournament.

At 12-3, Fox Lane is currently ranked third in MSG Varsity’s power rankings and the Foxes enter the Class B tournament as the top ranked team.
Nyack enters the Class C tournament a top the rankings and the Indians are currently ranked eighth in the MSG Varsity’s power rankings.
The Class C playoffs begin today with the outbracket games for the boys lacrosse teams in Section 1. The chase for the Class A and Class B Championships begin tomorrow. MSG Varsity has the complete schedule.
At 10-6 Lakeland/Panas enters the Class A Tournament as the top seed. MSG Varsity’s power rankings currently has the team ranked third in the region.
Yorktown’s lacrosse team takes their usual spot a top Class B and they will not be in action till the quarterfinals on Tuesday. MSG Varsity’s power rankings currently has the Huskers ranked first.
The Broncos of Bronxville enter the playoffs as the top seed in Class C. At 14-1 MSG Varsity has Bronxville ranked fourth in the power rankings, the Broncos are the only Class C team ranked.
As for Pelham the fifth seeded Pelican guys team will be a favorite in their first round match up against North Salem (12) tomorrow in the Class C tournament. The girls team is ranked 16th and beat against Hastings (17) in an outbracket game yesterday, now they will take on the top seeded Nyack Indians at 4:30 p.m. today.
